Moana House Trust is one of eight independent Community facility based Trusts in the Waikato, which have joined forming a charitable company to remain sustainable and work collaboratively for the ultimate benefit of those with health care needs; emphasis is on the aged care customer.

CTCA was on the international map back in May 2017 in Singapore, having been selected for the finals of a Business Innovation Award.  Several colleagues went to the conference on behalf of the group and collected a trophy along with a certificate to acknowledge their success. 

The conference was looking at integrated care and focusing on the ageing population.

The fact that CTCA were finalist's with such an innovative approach to keeping a valued service in the community is a coup for New Zealand.
